Hello, hello, hello! I know I know it’s been a little while since my last post! Let’s get up to date since I last spoke to you!
Since my last post I became a personal trainer wahooo! Something I’ve always wanted to do, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy. The course was intense BUT I loved every single minute of it! At the moment my 2020 has been productive. I’m taking everything I learned in the personal training course and have put it into an 8 week programme. Me and Liam have been testing it out and so far I’ve gone down 3% in body fat and Liam has gone down 4.7% which I’m super happy about. Our strength has increased so much in the past 5 weeks and I can’t wait to share everything with you! I document the process over on my YouTube channel if you want to have a little nosey!
Anyway….let’s get back to the topic! I love fashion and I’m guessing you do too (hence why you stumbled across this post!) I love styling outfits so I thought a week in outfits would be helpful to show you what pieces I’ve been loving at the moment in this awkward time of year! Is it winter…? Err, not really. Is it spring…? Erm, not yet either!? Arguably the most difficult time to dress yourself is now, do I take a coat? Wear tights? Let’s explore some outfit ideas!
- COVER UP WITH KNEE HIGH BOOTS.
This is one of my favourite things to do when it’s cold. It allows you to still dress cute but show a little bit of skin. I love this satin brushed gold, floaty dress from Femme Luxe Finery. It’s SO comfortable but is still really smart. Date night ready in five!
2. BACK TO BLACK
I teamed this cargo style dress with the same knee high boots for a cinema date feel. Again, the dress is oversized so it’s perfect for those dates where you want to go and eattttttt and not feel bloated! Hide the bloat = winner winner! The dress does come in other colours and also comes with a really quirky military style belt which pulls you in at the waist.
3. ‘Jeans and a nice top’.
How many times have you heard this in the group chat? Girl A: ‘What you wearing on Saturday hun?’ Girl B: ‘Oh I’m not sure maybe jeans and a nice top?’
Can I just say these jeans FIIIIIITTT like a glove! An absolute dream for the gluteus maximus! The paperbag and high waist really hugs your curves so I totally recommend for girls on the pear, hourglass front. However, I feel like because of the paperbag waist these jeans would also give the illusion of curves to slimmer girls too! The white crop can be found here
The camel coat adds a real nice sophisticated touch. It’s the type of coat you can just fling on and instantly look put together!
4. NETFLIX AND CHILL
This one has a different kind of vibe, cool but also very chill at the same time. The rust one shoulder crop is gorgeous, I have it in black too because it’s such a nice fit. Teamed with some grey trackies takes this outfit from sophisticated to sexy and relaxed in 0.5 seconds! Not going to lie, I feel like I could go on a hike with the grey trousers! The waterproof material is giving me major 90s vibes but at the same time it’s got the practical element that if you wanna go climb mount snowden but still look cute? These are your guy!
